What is Our Highest Good?

Our Highest Good is a profit-for-purpose business where 100% of net profits go to supporting access to mental health services. Our Highest Good primarily uses customer-supported commerce to fund financial assistance for mental health services. We also partner with established nonprofit organizations that share our commitment to collective wellness.

Who can apply for a scholarship?

Anyone 18 or older may apply. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must apply on your behalf. Priority is given to individuals demonstrating financial need or lack of insurance coverage.

How do I apply for a scholarship?

Simply fill out our online application form. Applications are reviewed at the beginning of each month, and we’ll contact you with next steps.

How much does therapy cost through Our Highest Good?

Rates vary depending on the need of the applicant, what services they receive, and the cost of the services from the provider. Typically, Our Highest Good helps people cover 50% of therapy costs.

How do I join as a provider?

Providers can apply on our Provider page. You’ll need to share your practice information, liability insurance, and answer other questions before you are accepted.

What if I live outside of Colorado?

Our home base is in Colorado, but we do accept providers outside of Colorado. Please apply.

What makes Our Highest Good different from other therapy platforms?

We focus on accessibility and affordability. Unlike large corporate platforms, our network is built on community connection, intentional care, and transparent reduced-fee options for those in need.

Is OHG a non-profit?

We are a profit-for-purpose organization, not a non-profit. 100% of net profits from our goods as well as donations made to our organization directly fund mental health support for people who need it. Key players in our organization dedicate their time and talents at no cost, allowing costs to run the organization to stay low—equaling more money to support people’s wellness.

Why isn’t OHG a non-profit?

Per federal law, 60% of all money that a non-profit organization takes in must be through donations in order for it to have and maintain nonprofit status. OHG was created with the intention of selling goods as the main way to raise money to provide scholarships for people to access mental health support, instead of soliciting donations.
